Perfect Touch Tile works in Atlantic Beach, about 15 miles from downtown Jacksonville by Atlantic Boulevard or J. Turner Butler Boulevard. Showers, floors, backsplashes, pool tile and more.
Atlantic Beach homes get sand, salt air and wet feet all day, which makes tile the floor of choice from the front door to the back porch.
Outdoor showers, entry floors that take sand, and porch and lanai tile that has to grip when wet are the jobs that come up most near the ocean. Choosing porcelain over porous stone and sealing the grout helps everything last in the salt air.
Near the ocean, grout and natural stone take a beating from salt and sand. Porcelain with a sealed or high-performance grout is the low-maintenance choice for entries, outdoor showers and porches, and any stone near the beach should get a breathable sealer and a rinse after salty days.

Porcelain. It shrugs off sand, salt and wet feet, it does not need sealing, and the wood-look planks give the beach-house look without the worries of real wood. Use a matte or textured finish near the doors and a sealed or high-performance grout. Perfect Touch tiles homes in Atlantic Beach; call (904) 614-5333.
Yes. An outdoor shower needs the same waterproofing as an indoor one where it sits against the house, a floor sloped to a drain, and slip-resistant porcelain or stone rated for exterior use. Use mortars and grout made for wet outdoor areas. Perfect Touch builds outdoor shower walls and floors in Atlantic Beach and along the Beaches.
